Samantha at the front door of her new restaurant at 400 Clyde Fant Parkway.

If Samantha Albritton has her way - and she will- the Red River District's home of big burgers is going to be changing for the better. After working in the food service business for 12 years, Albritton recently purchased Fully Stacked to try her hand at a brand new position- owner. It was an offer that she says was simply too good to pass up. She's ready, she says, and is planning big things. There's already a decidedly feminine change- the restaurant is so clean it shines, the patio is swept off and inviting.

Albritton's plans are basic and solid- to steadily improve the service at the restaurant by retraining employees that remain and hiring fresh, experienced and efficient new staff to ensure a great dining experience. "This is my number one goal," says Albritton. "I look forward to putting my personal touch in this restaurant! Stay tuned for some fresh menu updates also!"

Albritton has already started a promotion to allow children to eat free on Tuesdays, a ladies' night, and improvements to the karaoke and trivia nights. All this means things are looking up, and we couldn't be happier. After all, who doesn't love a great burger at a fair price with stellar service? Welcome downtown, Samantha, we look forward to seeing all your changes.
